CONCLUSION
(draft)
|
|
Many politicians in Australia
continually lie with impunity.
It's time something is done about it.
|
|
Not only is Malcolm Turnbull a politician he
is Federal Minister for the Environment and previously perhaps
best known for his role as chairman of the Australian Republican
Movement. He's also a former barrister (QC, and most likely still
an Officer of the NSW Supreme Court), investment banker and journalist.
In his position he is entitled to be called the "Honourable
Minister", however like a paedophile that would despicably
hide behind the robe of religion, there is no honour just dishonour
in being delinquent behind the title of Honourable Minister of
the Crown.
|
Despite the request and notice as per the timeline
at the front page, neither minister Turnbull
or his department have responded with any sort of explanation
of the conduct or an explanation as to the whereabouts of the
document called Attachment B, referred to here
in the Legal Considerations document

The washup is, that at the local level in Tasmania,
it is thought that a further 3 million tonnes of woodchips per
year will somehow have to be found whether it is called intensification
or whatever. What that is in terms of additional native trees
logged, would probably be best answered by the Wilderness Society,
but one would think that it would be in the millions.
|
|
The hardest thing for the writer to swallow
is that, unless there is mainstream media interest in this, many
in the Wentworth electorate will be unaware of what is happening
to the Tasmanian forests because of the Turnbull fraud. Should
they become aware they would surely kick him out and that would
likely be the end of the leadership aspirations of yet another
duplicitous politician who otherwise may one day become the Prime
Minister of Australia.

Along with the complaints to ICAC, complaint
has been made to the Federal Police regarding an apparent contravention
of Section 142.2 (Abuse of public office) of the Commonwealth
Criminal Code Act. Section 142.2 set out
here.
